我喜歡穿梭在巷弄遇見驚喜。

和友人約了，她不出現我著急地想該部會被放鴿子了吧。

無法去全然信任下一刻會發生甚麼事情由此驗證。

就在我要離開之際，她出現了。

看了一部沒預期到劇情的印度出產電影。

逛了伊通公園，喝一杯Fika Fika咖啡。

闖入呼吸的一個課程。

在空間裡穿梭。

記分身乏術之隱身定睛術

分身乏術作為一種焦慮的表現。在夏夏引導的課程裡，我覺得很安全和放鬆，不用如坐針氈可能會被尖銳的問題針對。題目是分身乏術時的四種分身術，第二堂課是關於隱身定睛術，也是我常常做的一件事。

         在街頭會有想要捕捉的鏡頭，如果景色還可肆無忌憚地拍照，遇到其他人尤其是我個人喜好的小女孩就得步步驚心了。雷驤老師聽說據說被發現在盯著別人看的時候應對的方法就是打死不承認。我還想說是甚麼厲害的招數。

         在課堂上立馬演練起來捕捉另一個學員的樣貌，沒想到有一位姐姐畫我畫得好像呀。對比我自己畫得內容只好默默收起來。在討論的時候才發現每個人最習慣的視角不一定是頭部，我從側臉開始，同一個人體就有不同的風景。

         而夏夏另外提供了幾篇雷驤的文章反推回去人物的面貌，我跟另一個同學拿到是「那個女人是誰」，有趣的是我覺得原本這位雷驤阿舅外面只有一個女人，同學覺得是至少兩位。感覺是悲劇的告別式，有潛力變成喜劇。

20160529 Jeetendra Adhia's idea of mind

On 5/22, I saw the message of Jeetendra Adhia’s speech about mind development, and I considered it as a sign to further this subject.

His idea is that a human being basically has two minds; one is conscious mind and the other is subconscious mind, which derives from “The Power of Your Subconscious mind” by Joseph Murphy.

The entities of conscious mind include being dominant in waking state and acts as a master giving direction to subconscious mind, which works 24 hours a day for realizing masters’ order regardless of positive or negative.

In order to aim high in the waking life, the conscious mind need to learn giving the right order to the subconscious mind by using meditation translated to verbal affirmation and vision demonstration. 

Meditation is the channel that conscious mind and subconscious mind can communicate with each other and share information to achieve goals in real life.

Goal setting is the primordial act in the whole process. Each person can examine their current lives and determine what they would like to achieve in basically four aspects, physical, mental social and spiritual.  I personally think physical is the outer appearance of a person while mental is the inner balance of a self. Social aspect is balanced life with others while spiritual aspect is in harmony with Being.

Setting up goals, communicating with subconscious mind, taking actions in waking state will help you initiate the early state of discovering a better self. Continually remind yourself by affirmation and vision board can further enhance your being with a greater being. A balance life with you yourself, others and a greater being is in the process.

There is never a limitation to better you. Always aspire for higher and contribute more.

  

20160522 Sahelia Story

The story starts on 5/22 when I happened to see a flyer about Sahelia Story from a library when walking down 10 stairs. After that, a lot of encounters come to me.

From Sahelia story, I felt the energy vibration from the very first song to the very last. I prefer solo dance than group dance and was especially impressed by O Re Piya by Namiko.

The combination of drums, Japanese traditional dance and India Bollywood sporty style add to the diversity of this performance. 

Children as angels on earth

When May comes, spring can be felt in the breeze.

I had received guests from Vietnam, which is my first time experience in welcoming guests from this country where my cousin already has already worked in for over 1 year.

They started their trip from Shin Ten Gong int the early morning.

However, people already crowd the space, leaving little room for worshipers.

This little girl with an umbrella in her hand stands out as a naughty genie in this place.




Later, we escaped the crowd and headed to Dadaocheng for appreciating the old time life.



Surprisingly, mixed-media installations waited us at one of the antique house transforming into art space.


When it comes to art, the Taipei fine art museum can't be missed when the collection of contemprary Taiwanese artists are on display.



Curiosity always plays a part in kids' mental mind. Through it, kids get to explore this world with fun.



We end our trip in Beitou, where natural hot spring soothes people's mind.





I treasure the time and smiles shared with this family and hope they bring back sweet memory with them.
